Kazakhstan has rich potato resources. In recent years, the government has successively introduced agricultural product processing subsidies and tax incentives, further promoting the rapid development of the potato deep processing industry. Against this background, Kazakhstan customers and Gelgoog have joined hands to successfully build an automatic French fries production line for quick-frozen French fries processing and packaging.
On January 19, the project was successfully delivered and passed the acceptance. The customer said: "From the initial concept to the actual effect, I thank Gelgoog for its full technical support. In particular, I am very satisfied with the finished quick-frozen French fries. Even the French fries packaging bags are tailored to our needs." After the completion of this project, the customer will become the leading quick-frozen French fries manufacturer in Central Asia.
The production line project adopts automation technology and is equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation system to flexibly adjust production capacity and improve efficiency. The intelligent monitoring system accurately controls moisture, oil temperature and temperature to ensure that the French fries are bright in color and crispy in taste, while reducing raw material waste, saving oil, and reducing energy consumption and operating costs. The production line is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable, easy to clean, and meets food hygiene requirements.
This project not only promotes the modernization of Kazakhstan's potato industry, but also injects new impetus into the intelligent development of the frozen French fries industry. In the future, Gelgoog will continue to work with industry partners to contribute to the high-quality development of the frozen French fries industry.
