In the pursuit of innovation in the food industry, Gelgoog has once again taken solid steps to help the development of Indonesia's cassava chips frying industry. On November 26, Gelgoog worked with an Indonesian customer to build a 350kg/h high-efficiency cassava chips frying production line, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
[Technological innovation leads to quality upgrade]
The production line adopts an external heating frying system with many innovative designs:
• Upper and lower double-layer mesh belt structure: the structure is simple, and the conveying speed can be accurately adjusted through frequency conversion, which not only ensures that the materials are fried evenly, but also facilitates cleaning and maintenance;
• Fully automatic control of the frying process: ensure process stability;
• Split design: higher efficiency, uniform and stable oil temperature and oil flow, ensuring consistent color and quality of the finished product.

During the trial run, the equipment showed excellent frying effect, and the maximum output reached 550kg/h, exceeding expectations.
Indonesian customers gave high praise: "Gelgoog's equipment not only improved our production efficiency, but also greatly improved product quality. We are very satisfied with this cooperation."
