Setting three points of Onion Peeler Machine:

3-point setting of this automatic onlin peeling machine has the function of “decreasing the pressure” “filtering the water from the compressed air” “supply lubricating oil to Air Cylinder for Feeding and Air Cylinder for Discharging”

Adjust oil-dropping speed by adjusting oil screw.

Feed the material into hopper (fully if necessary), adjust Material Entry Quantity Button to be 01 or 02. The feeding control plate will open and close automatically driven by air cylinder.

Setting relays: (for peeling onions)

(When air pressure indicator shows at least 8~9kg), turn on the SWITCH of machine.

ATTENTION when using onion peeling machine: The data of relays can be adjusted by pressing “- +” buttons. Adjust that data until onions drop into peeling barrel 3~4 pieces per time.

1.Adjust the speed of outlet control plate to be suitable for your onions so that onions drop smoothly. If it’s too slowly, onions drop without peeled. If it’s too fast, outlet control plate gets damaged.

2.Turn off the machine after finish peeling.

3.If any broken parts needs to be replaced. Please cut off electricity in advance. Wire connecting part should be wrapped by insulated plastic belt in case of leaking electricity.

4.This is a semi-automatic onion peeler machine. Onions should be cut top & tail, skin should be scraped before feeding into machine.
