Automatic Garlic Slicing Machine is used for slicing garlic,ginger,mushroon into slices.
1.Check before use:
The machine has been debugging before deliverying,Everything is normal before leaving factory.But,Because the trasporting,May cause loosebolts and others loose,So,Before Users using,Please check the equipment in good condition.
2.Notice During Using
a. After turning on the power supply, commissioning at first, the blade running direction is correct, must not reverse.For the sake of personal safety, please put the equipment enclosure grounding.
b. During testing machine,Produce abnormal rustling sound, immediately stop, and then check whether there is a stainless steel hardware fall into into the mouth, such as cylinder three screws, make sure no other sundry to start the machine
c.The adjustment methods of the blade:
This machine can cut different thickness of garlic/ginger slice by adjusting the blade.Adjustment method is as follows:Removing the screw of cutter by spanner,Cut a thin plastic glue (such as a folder) into the same size with the Cutter,Pad under the blade and screw.
3.Using Process
First connect the power,After the working is normal,Put the raw material evenly into the hopper.
The machine must be cleaned before cutting processing, not contain sediment water jacket, shell and skin, otherwise it will damage the life of the blade and the change of mud after foreign bodies, not health, affect the food quality.
This machine is due to the high speed rotating,So the workers can not pressure the raw material into the machine
