Automatic Onion Peeling Machine is used for peeling the onion with high peeling rate and without damage for the onion.Made of stainless steel 304,superior quality.

1. Connect the plastic pipe with outlet of onion skin.
2.Running air compressor, to confirm the running direction of the motor and the pressure gauge should be 8-9kg/cm2 or above. If found that it’s normal condition, open the outlet valve of air compressor, let the compressed air enter onion peeling machine.
3.Open each high-pressure valve, adjust, setting and turn on the material without materials for about one to two minutes.
4.Setting for relays: (for testing machine, NOT peeling process)
