Installation:
Installation:
1.This fryer adopt wheel in place,after fryer spotting,setting bolt high off the ground 3-4mm
2.Install the burner with combustor of fryer ad fixation,Intake of burner should installed upward.
3.Install connect inlet valve first,then install pressure regulating valve,finally contact the gas cylinder.Please notice gas cylinder can’t connect pressure regulating valves to avoid affect the gas input
4.Contact contact gas exhaust piping,let the flue gas out.
5.Contact switch box with power,3phase and four wire
6.Closed the switch box and turn the power,viewing screen show power.
7.Test Machine,Open the control box,turn the speed button of transducer to make the stainless steel move.
