Introduction:
Our chicken plucking machine is used to remove the poultry feathers automatically,such as:chicken, duck, goose, pigeon whole, quail and other poultry. This series of machine can disposably pluck feather, soft fur, paw and dirt on the paw. The performance of one set machine is equal to the labor of more than ten people.
Up to 99% plucking rate,applicable to both Halal and Non-halal slaughter house, suitable for medium and large poultry slaughterhouse.
The greatest feature of this machine is that the poultry need not be unhooked from the conveying rail when plucking,so it saves the troubles of unhooking and re-hooking.The pluckers are greatly used in hotels, restaurants and poultry processing factories.
Usage Steps:
1. Put the slaughtered chickens, ducks or geese in the 65 to 80 Celsius degree hot water and scald evenly.
2. Turn on the machine and put the poultry inside the bucket (you can put ginger, potato& fish at the same time)
3. In around 10 seconds, open the water tap to wash away poultry feather and ginger peel, after a while, stall the machine and take out the products. Normally it takes only 30 seconds to clean up chicken feather, and a little bit longer time for ducks & geese.
