Essential Information

This is commercial single dry noodle machine, which can be used to make both fresh noodle and dry noodle, egg noodle, vegetable noodle, etc.

1, Dough Mixing: This is the first step of making noodle. Put the flour into the dough mixer machine to start mixing, according to the provisions of water: wheat flour = 1:4, and start the power, uniform mixing for 10 minutes.

2, Adjustment: Using hand wheel to adjust the roll gap, roll gap reference data in each group are as follows: (more than 330 units exception)

In the adjustment process, tighten or relax the hand wheel number, sometimes not easy to adjust, the key is to figure out the reason, patiently grasp, unskilled downtime adjustment, the normal lock hand wheel.

3, Operation:Put the mixed flour into the bucket, press the knife and fixed blade board, then start the machine, the third group down the panel to use the hand to the next group (multi-group and so on) .
